Preparing your iPhone for Service

Please make sure your iOS device is ready for service by completing the following steps:

1. Backup your data to iCloud or iTunes.

2. Turn off “Find My iPhone” and Sign Out from iCloud account.

3. Erase All Content and Settings.

If there’s no power or display, please use online browser to sign into iCloud.com and Remove device from your account.

(Ask our HelpDesk for instructions & printouts).

Please make sure all necessary backup has been performed prior handing over the unit for service as Focus Computers is not liable for loss or damage to data/software during the course of repair.

Service delivery turnaround is on average 05 working days.

Limited warranty of the device is void if below criteria are met, and will be considered either as out-of-warranty paid replacement or ineligible for service. However, final service coverage and replacement of the unit would be decided upon inspection and diagnosis by Apple Technicians.

Conditions Eligible for Out-Of-Warranty (OOW) Repair:

· Liquid damage, corrosion or evidence of Liquid Contact Indicator on.

· Single crack with point of impact, chipped or multiple cracks in glass and LCD fractures.

· Damaged connectors and grille, abrasion, puncture holes, buttons damaged.

· Bent or split enclosures.

· Physical damages

Conditions Ineligible for Service or Repair:

· Disassembled unit or missing parts.

· Units forcibly separated into multiple pieces.

· Third-party Display replaced or counterfeit parts replaced.

· Any unauthorised modifications.
