Repair Terms & Conditions

Customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions stated herewith, and authorises Focus Computers to carry out repairs on equipment brought-in for servicing.

1.     Carry-In equipment for repairs shall be registered at Focus Services reception and customer shall be provided with a copy of Equipment registration slip (Booking Order Slip)

2.     Focus Computers Service Center will not be responsible for loss or damage to any equipment that is not collected by the customer within 03 (Three) months from date of repair completion, or the receipt for which has been lost or cannot be produced.

3.     The equipment will be released and dispatched to the individual presenting the equipment registration slip. In the event of collection by another party, proof of identification is needed for release of equipment.

4.     A minimum fee of MVR 150 will be charged if customer decides not to repair the equipment after diagnosis had been performed.

5.     It is customer’s responsibility to maintain copies of all important data and Focus Computers is not liable for loss or damage to any data/software during the repair process.

6.     Repairs relating to software issues and third party modified equipment are not covered under Warranty and will be considered either as paid repair service or rejected as ineligible for service, depending on the conditions of equipment.

7.     Customers shall notify Focus Computers of any changes to their address or contact details.
